I know when I bring my car to Osceola, I will be treated respectfully and fairly by a staff who pay attention to the details and provide me with the explanations I need to make informed decisions. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. |

| Joe, Frank, everybody at Osceola are always a pleasure to work with. I trust your services and for about 15 years now, I feel like I am getting good value, real care, for my cars. I've been fortunate enough to work my way up and now have a Benz and a Lexus. When they were brand new, I brought them to the dealer for service. I soon realized their cost for service was out of my leauge. Osceola does everything they can do at fraction of the cost. I'm very happy with Joe and his team. |

| I was very impressed with the service I received from this garage. My experiences with garages and dealers over the years have been extremely negative. However, when I brought my car to Osceola, without an appointment because I was having an emergency situation, they took it right away. My service person, Mike, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When Mike found a major problem with my car, which is only 4 years old, he immediately called the dealer to find out if it was a recall. Then he set up the appointment at the dealer, helped me get a rental car, and checked in with me while the car was at the dealer. Honda ended up paying for the repair and this is thanks to Osceola and Mike's adovocacy on my behalf. I definately recommend them and I am planning to bring my car there for all of its service needs. |

| The service you recently provided on my Volvo was again outstanding. After initially finding significant damage to my exhaust system (due to the tree branch I drove over which got lodged in the undercarriage :-(/) and expecting a large repair bill, you found a Volvo repair kit that brought the price down to less than $200! I have been a happy customer of yours for 20 years, and will remain so. |
